Application
There is no special form of application that must be used.
Nevertheless, the following requirements should be met:
The application must be in writing, should not be more than two pages in length, but should contain the following information:
- Particulars of the your organisation
- A description of the program or project for which a grant is sought, why it warrants support and when the funds are needed and likely to be expended
- Whether any funding request has been made to other funding bodies
- Identifying one or more of the Designated Purposes of the Fund under which funding might be made.
The application should be accompanied by attachments:
- Your certificate of incorporation or similar certificate
- Your most recent Annual Report or if none exists the minutes of your most recent AGM
- Your most recent audited Financial Statements
- Evidence from the Australian Taxation Office that you are either tax-exempt or have deductible gift recipient status, where support from Funds 1,6 or 7 is sought.
Do not submit other material such as DVDs, CDs or videos. Do not submit your application in spiral binding, a ring folder or other plastic casing. Paperclips, bulldog clips or staples will suffice.
If funding has been provided in the immediately preceding year, a report is required as part of the application process. (refer "
