About the online grant system
Over the past six months the Collier Charitable Fund has been working with Causeis Pty Ltd, a software development company, to design and build this online system.
The outcome of this work is the creation of a system that we hope will be easy for applicants to use as well as providing the Fund with a database and reporting system that will enhance the administration of the Fund.
The system now holds all of the Fund's grant distribution records since the Fund commenced in 1954. This totals 15,565 distributions and 3,357 organisations.
In order to maintain the integrity of the data collected we have made the decision to require all organisations who have not applied to the Fund previously (and those who have not applied to the Fund in the last 10 years) to register the organisation directly with the Executive Officer. This means all of these organisations, who wish to submit an application to the Fund, will need to contact the Fund by telephone on +61 3 9670 1647 or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org to organise for the organisation to be created on the system. When this has been completed you will be able to register your contact details and link to the organisation name that has been created.
With the account created you will be able to sign in and:
- access the online application form and submit an online application,
- edit your profile,
- access previous applications and download a copy of the applications (currently for 2017 and 2018)
- access to a list of previous grants awarded prior to 2017. You will be able to
- access the online grant acquittal form and, like the application form, access and download, if required. (Access to submitted acquittal forms will be available from 2019 commencing with the acquittals for 2018 grants received).
Both the online application and acquittal forms can be commenced and the information will be saved until you are ready to return to complete and submit these forms.
The introduction of this system marks a new way forward for the Fund and we look forward to hearing your feedback about the system.
