A change to the terminology used  

In recent years the Fund has been moving away from referring to the individual focus areas as Fund 1, Fund 2, Fund 4, Fund 5 and Fund 7.

In 2024 the terminology used to described the individual focus areas has changed. Please note the actual focus areas have not changed; it is only the terminology that is used to describe each of these areas that has changed.

The changes are as follows:

Fund 1 will be referred to as Supporting Victorians in Need

Fund 2 will be referred to as Strengthening Victorian Public Hospitals

Fund 4 will be referred to as Progressing Education & Training in Australia

Fund 5 will be referred to as Furthering Faith & Religious Endeavours in Australia

Fund 7 will be referred to as Aiding Other Australian Charitable Causes

The funding guidelines have been updated to reflect the changes listed above. Additionally, there have been some updates to the guidelines for 2024.
